Description
“Welcome to worry free suction, brought to you by Tru-Vac 22, the second most popular dental vacuum in our line-up of ultra-reliable utility room equipment. Similar to the Tru-Vac 12, with one exception… We gave it twice the power!! Nothing is left to chance during the manufacturing process of these state-of-the-art dry vacuums. From the German engineered motors with only one moving part, to the easy-to-replace 10-micron filter, located directly in the front of these units… Peace of mind is what you get with the purchase of every Sierra Dental Products vacuum system.
The first thing you’ll notice upon start-up of your Tru-Vac 22 dry vacuum system, is how unbelievably quiet this dry vacuum is! The Tru-Vac 22 tip-toes in at only 64 decibels, eliminating “equipment room noise” all together, which means your waiting room will be a more comfortable place for patients to relax, before being seen.
Once you get over how quiet your Tru-Vac 22 is (this may take several days) you’ll quickly be made aware of it’s awesome power! Equipped with two high-quality German engineered motors, which produce a whopping 4.8 horsepower combined, the Tru-Vac 22 can create an astounding 170 CFM. The Tru-Vac 22 is more than capable of supporting 12 users simultaneously with no noticeable drop in suction. Even doctors with smaller practices benefit tremendously from the TV-22, by alternating between vacuums every other day, prolonging the life of their dry vacuum system. Not to mention, ZERO down time in the event of unforeseen mechanical mishaps.
Sierras’ TV-22 dry vacuum system consists of three pieces; The (VAS-12) separator tank, and two motor assemblies. These can be installed in several different configurations, for example; Installing the motors in a completely different location than the collection tank. The tank is fully automatic and drains when the vacuum is turned off, thanks to gravity! If the tank happens to fill up during operation, (no reports to date) a seal is created at the top of the tank, allowing gravity to take effect and drain the tank. At which point, you turn off your Tru-Vac to “break” the seal, then simply turn it back on to continue operating!
Perhaps one of the most important features of the Tru-Vac 22, is that each of its motors only have ONE moving part! What does this mean for you? Two things; Less of a chance for motor failure and less maintenance required.
Among all the features we pack into the Tru-Vac, our complete 10 YEAR WARRANTY is by far, the most beneficial to todays’ dental professional. We have you covered twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. Just give us a call to speak with a live human being, and we’ll get to work immediately, helping you through any issues you might encounter… Even if it’s not with our equipment!
